The frozen shrimp wontons are filled with fresh shrimps. The skin is thin and translucent, and each wonton is plump and chewy. Regardless of the ingredients used, the wontons have a good texture and taste. It looks very appetizing, not to mention the fresh and smooth fillings, which is really delicious!

Tips on how to cook wontons ▶️ Take the original box of frozen raw wontons out of the freezer and defrost them at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes. You can arrange for packaging and cooking in batches!
▶️Frozen fresh shrimp wontons will be cooked in about 10 minutes. First, add two tablespoons of earth fish meal, a piece of ginger and a little white pepper to cold water. Boil the pot over medium heat for 15 minutes and cook the soup base.
▶️After the soup base boils, add raw wontons. Cook over high heat and add more water. Boil the water again, wait a minute or two, add some cold water, boil again, and continue boiling for 4-6 minutes.
▶️During this period, you can shake it and mix it to prevent it from sticking to the pan. It will be ready to eat when it is almost done.
