So, the best way to eat it is to put it in the fridge and enjoy it the next afternoon. After it's completely thawed, the flesh, both inside and out, is very smooth, like ice cream.💗
I usually keep it in the garage fridge, because if I put it in the house, the moment I open the fridge, a waft of fragrant durian fills the air, and I think it's fantastic!
