Material:
10 oysters
6 mushrooms
Nostoc (dry) 150g
300g lettuce
A little garlic
A little ginger

practice:
1. Wash the oysters; wash and soak the mushrooms until soft (keep the water used for soaking the mushrooms); soak the Nostoc to remove impurities and drain them for later use.
2. Wash and drain the lettuce; prepare a few pieces of peeled garlic.
3. Heat oil in a wok, add peeled garlic and fry until golden brown, set aside.

5. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and mushroom water, cover and simmer until the oysters are cooked.
6. Add nozzle and garlic, mix well, simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes and then thicken
7. Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the garlic until fragrant, fry the lettuce and serve it on a plate
