🍵 Simple Brewing Method
1️⃣ Boil eggs for about 7–10 minutes, then rinse in cold water and peel. Set aside.
2️⃣ Add about 1.5–2L of water and one pack of ingredients.
3️⃣ Once the water boils, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Add the peeled eggs and an appropriate amount of rock sugar/brown sugar.
5️⃣ Simmer for another 20–30 minutes and enjoy.
💡 Tips
Boiling eggs after peeling allows them to absorb the tea's aroma and sweetness more easily; sweetness can be adjusted, or no sugar can be added to enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients.
