Material:
2 cans of corn puree
fish maw
1 egg
Cornstarch water
A pinch of salt and pepper
practice:
1️⃣ After soaking the fish maw until soft, blanch it with ginger and scallions, wash away any sand inside, and dice it for later use.
2️⃣ Pour 2 cans of corn puree and 2 cans of water into a pot and bring to a boil. After boiling, add the fish maw and simmer for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Add salt to taste and mix with cornstarch water until thickened. Finally, turn off the heat, add the egg mixture, and stir well.
4️⃣ Add pepper to taste and it's done.
