🍳Cooking method:
【 Step 1️⃣ : Thawing】Soak the packaged product in water for 20-30 minutes or thaw naturally at room temperature until it softens.
【 Step 2️⃣ : Pan-fry】Heat a pan with cold oil, put the stuffed dace into the pan, and pan-fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Remove and cut into pieces.
【 Step 3️⃣ : Simmering】Add a suitable amount of cooking oil to the pot. Depending on personal taste, you can add fermented black beans and minced garlic to sauté until fragrant. Add (oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and a suitable amount of cornstarch water, etc.) and bring to a boil. Add the stuffed dace whole and simmer over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
